• Pilates sessions and massages are by appointment only.
  • Pre-registration and prepayment are required.
  • We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will be charged for your session in full unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
  • All cancellations must be done online or via email to info@inertia6.com, otherwise you will be charged for your session.
  • You must wear socks to all Pilates sessions. Bare feet are not allowed.
  • Please do not wear jewelry, pants, or shorts with zippers to your Pilates lesson (the zippers damage the apparatuses).
  • We are a scent-free studio; please do not wear scented lotions or perfumes.

Membership Policies

  • Memberships fees are automatically charged to your account on the 1st of each month. 
  • If you can’t make an appointment for any reason, you can:
    1. Reschedule for any other time/day, subject to availability.
    2. Take a zoom session at your regular appointment time.
    3. Gift your session to a friend or family member.
  • Once Weekly members are allotted 4 early cancellations without charges or penalties. This is to account for your vacations, sick time, etc
  • Twice Weekly members are allotted 8 early cancellations without charge or penalties. This is to account for your vacations, sick time, etc.
  • 24-hour cancellation policy still applies – Members receive 2 free late cancellations annually in addition to allotted early cancellations.
  • If Inertia6 cancels your appointment due to instructor vacation/sickness/weather conditions, you will be refunded for your missed sessions.
  • Memberships may be canceled at any time. To cancel your membership, please send notice at least 20 days before the 1st of the month via email to info@inertia6.com. Canceling your membership will void all sessions accrued during your membership. 
  • Unused sessions are voided at the end of the calendar year, they do not roll over into the next year.
  • Pricing is subject to change.

Your First Visit

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a New Client form(s), OR you may print and fill out at home.

Introduction: Your instructor will take a few minutes in your first session to chat with you and get to know your body. You may discuss injuries, your current level of fitness, and/or your goals.
